The Sale of applications will be announced in the
month of April.

Filled in application should be submitted with the
following particulars. Read the instructions before filling in the
application.

Community certificate in Original
should be produced at the time of admission. Xerox copy of the same
may be enclosed with the application form, if available. It will not
be returned to the applicant. The application form should be submitted
on the due date even if the community certificate is not available.

Two Passport size Photographs should be affixed on
the Application form, and on the Hall Ticket in the space provided.

Application supported by Private Study Certificate
will not be entertained. On the day of admission all certificates in Original
should be produced. No extension of time is permitted to pay the fees
or to produce the certificates. This will be strictly followed.

Only the Parent (Father & Mother)
should accompany the student on the day of admission.

Under no circumstances change of medium of
instruction is allowed.

Answer Sheets for the entrance test will be
supplied by the school.

The students should come in time for test. They
should bring the Hall - Ticket for the test without fail.

Filled in Application should be registered in the
school office on the day announced during working hours. No
application will be registered after 4 p.m.

The address furnished in the application form must
be in conformity with the address mentioned in the ration card.

The results will be put up on the School Notice
Board within a week. It is informed that the Candidates/parents may
see the result / selection list and other particulars from the School
Notice Board. NO PERSONAL CONTACT / CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE
entertained.

The
test will be conducted in the following subjects :
Tamil, English, Maths & General Knowledge (Science & Social
Science) as per Tamil Nadu Text Book Syllabus as shown below:

fail to adhere to the instructions will have to forfeit their seat.
